Business Finance - Case Sudy

A client recently requested us to obtain finance for him to acquire a concrete pump at a cost of $750,000. He had exhausted all avenues he had available to him. During the course of discussions in our office we enquired from our finance associates as to the availability of funding to our client. Our client is not over endowered with assets and a venture of this nature is difficult to fund but his business would have no trouble supporting the obligations.

The client remained in our office and our finance associates, in this instance a bank, came here and examined the proposal in detail and obtained an understanding. They discussed the venture in detail with ourselves and our client and approved the application. This whole process took only two hours.

We obviously had an extremely satisfied client who went away knowing his next venture had been funded.
